4-H is a youth agricultural and life-skills program, delivered in Massachusetts through UMass Extension. Its fairs let members show the year's projects, animals and crafts to judges. Three events are 4-H fairs: the Worcester County 4-H Fair, the Hampshire County 4-H Fair and the East Middleboro 4-H Fair. They are separate from the larger county agricultural fairs, where 4-H members also exhibit and compete in showmanship classes next to adult entrants.
